Discover the Gum Bully Journey So Far
Gym Bully focuses on weightlifting, addiction, depression, negativity and anxiety. As a survivor of addiction, the founder, Mike Lara, found recovery and turned to the gym to overcome the depression that led to his addiction. Losing over 150 pounds and continuing his fitness and nutrition journey, he now helps others achieve their fitness goals, no matter their starting point.
